Brittany Szautner, RVT

Brittany grew up on a farm near Muenster, SK where they raised bison. She decided to pursue her career to be a RVT and graduated from Saskatchewan Polytechnic in 2019. What she most enjoys about being a RVT is the anatomy and problem-solving in-patient cases. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors and being with her dog, Raya!

Tammy Popadynetz, RVT

Tammy started working in Humboldt in 2014 as a RVT. Tammy is very passionate about her job and loves to learn/help to improve in the clinic. Tammy is highly interested when large animals come into the clinic/do out calls, but she also loves to spend time with the furry little creatures. She grew up in southern Saskatchewan near a small town called Harptree on a mixed farm of grain and cattle with her parents, brother and sister. She now lives with her husband Ryan and their son Tarkus and daughter Aria on an acreage near Leroy. They have 1 dog: Luna, a German Shepherd X and their cats: Kahleesi, Jumper, Cheetah and Donut. She enjoys being outside in the fresh air and going out hunting with family.

Nicole Hackl, RVT

Nicole graduated from Saskatchewan Polytechnic in 2025 and joined the team in August of 2025. She grew up on a grain farm near Cudworth with her parents, brother and sister. As a RVT she enjoys learning something new every day and getting to see sick patients get better. She is a golden retriever lover! Growing up with two and now currently her boy, Finn. She enjoys playing hockey, being outdoors any time of year and helping out on the family farm.
